FAQ

1. About the Event

👉 Question: What is The Cognitive Exchange?

Answer:

The Cognitive Exchange is co-organised by MindFriend, which brings to this forum the vision of bringing psychology to the forefront of workplaces, organisations, and policy-making.

Our mission is to demonstrate the value of integrating psychological insight into leadership, decision-making, and innovation, while highlighting the critical role psychologists can play as advisors in both corporate and policy contexts.

This complimentary, nonprofit forum is made possible by generous sponsors and donors.

2. The Panels

👉 Question: What happens during the panels?

Answer:

Our panels are designed to place senior leaders from the private and public sectors in direct dialogue with psychologists such as yourself. Beyond the keynote, psychologists will be engaging with these influential figures in discussion, creating standout conversations that draw attention and reinforce the essential role of psychology in organisational systems.

By combining global psychological expertise with the perspectives of highly influential figures, we aim to generate discussions that stand out, draw significant attention, and are compelling enough to be picked up more widely, whether by leaders, stakeholders, or even the press.

3. Networking & Community

👉 Question: What else does The Cognitive Exchange offer beyond panels?

Answer:

In addition to these panels, The Cognitive Exchange also serves as a networking platform that promotes collaboration, professionalism, and cross-disciplinary partnerships between psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.

This community fosters meaningful connections and knowledge-sharing opportunities that extend beyond the event, helping to shape stronger practices and innovative solutions in mental health and organisational development.

Furthermore, members of this network will be invited to speak on panels at future events, offering an ongoing platform for thought leadership and engagement.

By combining psychological expertise with the perspectives of industry leaders, we aim to generate discussions that stand out, draw significant attention, and are compelling enough to be recognised by leaders, stakeholders, and the wider media.

4. Become a Speaker

👉 Question for readers: “How can I apply to be a speaker?”

Registered and licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists from around the world are welcome to apply to join panels as guest speakers.
