MindFriend: key facts

MindFriend is a platform for discovering mental-health and wellbeing professionals. Professionals provide services independently; MindFriend provides the platform.

Where it is available: MindFriend launches in the UK first; other regions are planned for later.

Who it is for: clients must be 18 or older and located in the same country or state as the professional.

How discovery works: clients browse a therapist directory with filters and a structured guided finder. MindFriend does not rank or pick a professional for you from free text.

Sessions: sessions take place online by video. A booking is a single session or a package, completed through MindFriend's secure booking and payment step.

What MindFriend is not: it is not an emergency or crisis service, not a diagnosis or assessment tool, and not a replacement for professional care.

About Olive: Olive is MindFriend's source-grounded assistant. It answers only from approved MindFriend sources, and says so when it cannot.

This article explains MindFriend platform guidance and what Olive can help with. It is not medical, legal, crisis, or payment advice.
